The Philippine Embassy’s Sentro Rizal invites the Filipino community in Oman to join in the celebration of the 160^th birth anniversary of Dr. José P. Rizal (1861-1896), national hero of the Philippines, by taking part in the launching of the documentary, “Finding Rizal in a Time of Barriers”.
