The Embassy will certify as true copy only the following:
1. A copy of a Philippine passport

2. A copy of a Report of Birth (ROB) / Report of Marriage (ROM) / Report of Death (ROD) processed at the Philippine Embassy in Muscat, Oman
REQUIREMENTS
- Original ROB, ROM or ROD
- Copy of the ROB, ROM or ROD
- Copy of applicant’s Philippine passport
- OMR 10.000 (cash only)
Notes:
- For ROB and ROM, only the subject of registration may apply for CTC.
- For ROD, only the next-of-kin or authorized representative of the next-of-kin of the subject of the ROD may apply for CTC.
- Qualified applicants may authorize a representative to apply for CTC through a letter of authorization, with copy or copies of the passport data page(s) of the qualified applicant (s).
