The Manila International Airport Authority (MIAA) wishes to inform the riding public, all airlines, and concerned airport stakeholders that the implementation of the integration oftheInternational Passenger Service Charge (IPSC) or Terminal Fee (PhP550.00) into airline tickets purchased online and outside the Philippines began on 01 February 2015.

 

Refunds are processed at Refund Counters at the airport, provided that the following requirements are presented:

  1. Photocopy of passenger ticket or official receipt showing payment of terminal fee with the code “LI (International)” [photocopy to be submitted at the Refund Counter]
  2. Original OEC (airport copy) [to be surrendered at the Refund Counter]
  3. Boarding Pass
