 Notice of Final Testing and Sealing (FTS) of Vote Counting Machine (VCM)

Pursuant to Section 38 of COMELEC Resolution 10490 dated 01 February 2019, the Philippine Embassy in Muscat notifies that the Final Testing and Sealing (FTS) of the Vote Counting Machine (VCM) to be used for 2019 National and Local Elections will be on 6 April 2019 (Saturday) at 1300H (Oman time) at the Philippine Embassy in Muscat, Bldg. 1041/1043, Way 3015, Al Kharijiya St., Shatti Al Qurum, Muscat, Sultanate of Oman.

All candidates, registered political parties, coalition of political parties, associations and organizations participating in the party-list system of representation are hereby notified accordingly.

The purpose of the FTS is to test the accuracy of the VCMs and its proper operation in preparation for the start of overseas voting on 13 April 2019.
