As kick-off event to the yearlong celebration of the 150th birth anniversary of Andres Bonifacio, the Philippine Embassy in Muscat, in cooperation with the Philippine Ladies Group in Oman (PLGO) hosted learning activities for more than twenty children of OFWs, at the Embassy’s Sentro Rizal.

The event held on November 30, during Bonifacio’s 149th birth anniversary, gave the children a chance to learn about the life and works of Andres Bonifacio through audio visual presentations, story-telling activities and interactive discussions. An on-the-spot drawing contest of how the children visualize the hero was also conducted at the conclusion of the event. End.
