Muscat, 05 October 2023 – Philippine Ambassador designate to the Sultanate of Oman presented a copy of his Letter of Credence to the Oman Foreign Minister Sayyid Badr bin Hamad bin Hamood Albusaidi on 05 October 2023.

Ambassador Hernandez conveyed his pleasure at meeting FM Albusaidi and expressed the Philippines commitment to advance bilateral relations, and discussed ways to further strengthen the cooperation between the Philippines and Oman in trade and investment areas and in other matters of mutual interest. The new Philippine envoy also express the Philippines appreciation for hosting the large number of Filipino nationals in Oman and for its efforts to enhance their protection and welfare. END
