Philippine Minister and Consul General Hjayceelyn M. Quintana visited Al Hail Primary – United Private School in Muscat, Oman to personally acknowledge the monetary donation collected by its students for the victims of Super Typhoon Haiyan/Yolanda in the Philippines. The donation was transmitted to the Philippine Red Cross.

According to the School’s Principal, Mr. Dave Sullivan, part of the school’s curriculum is developing a compassionate spirit among its young students.

Ms. Quintana praised the generosity and solidarity extended by the school’s young students as an example of the humanitarian spirit of the Omani people. END
