The Philippine Embassy in Muscat together with Philippine Overseas Labor Office and Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (POLO-OWWA) personnel observed the 119th Anniversary of the Martyrdom of Dr. Jose P. Rizal on 29 December 2015 with flag-raising and wreath-laying ceremonies, followed by a simple Filipino breakfast.
