Philippine Ambassador meets H.E. Toshinori Kobayashi, Ambassador of Japan to the Sultanate of Oman

13 November 2018 – H.E. Narciso T. Castañeda, Philippine Ambassador to Oman, received the courtesy call of H.E. Toshinori Kobayashi, Ambassador-designate of Japan.  Ambassador Castañeda welcomed Ambassador Kobayashi to his new posting in Oman and discussed issues of mutual interest within the context of the existing warm and friendly ties between the Philippines and Japan.
